Telehealth
Connect from the comfort of your own space through secure, confidential video sessions. Telehealth offers the same level of care with added flexibility, making it easier to fit support into your schedule.

Telehealth Sessions
Choose the option that works best for you. Telehealth sessions are offered through Mindful Therapy Group, Headway, and SonderMind, with availability in the mornings, afternoons, and select extended hours throughout the week.

Accessible Options
We believe that financial circumstances should never be a barrier to high-quality mental health support. To ensure our services remain accessible to everyone, we offer a limited number of sliding scale in person openings.
